In utilizing MTC’s online services, you may be asked to provide personal information to verify your identity as the account holder, in order to receive a specific answer to your question. Your information will be used only in the manner herein described. MTC will not sell a user’s personal information to a third party for any purpose. Our contracted application service providers (ASP) will not give away, trade, or sell any information obtained from our users. The information will not be released by MTC or our contracted ASP. Except to comply with properly authorized legal requests.

MTC may aggregate information on our entire customer base for analysis purposes, but a user’s individual personal information will never be sold or provided to any party.

Your email address will be stored for future email notifications from MTC, such as when new web services are available. Third Parties

Some MTC web services are provided by an ASP who serves as an MTC contractor in providing these web applications to our customers. You can verify whether an ASP is involved by looking for a company name or “powered by” phrase at the bottom of a webpage. As contractors of MTC, each ASP has agreed to adhere to MTC’s privacy policy.
