Millington Telephone Company’s new voice mail system has exciting new features and packages that customers can now choose from. These features include being able to receive voicemail messages as emails which give you the ability to listen to these messages on your computer. The new features and packages are listed below:

After Voice Mail is activated, dial 873-MAIL (6245) to set your password and record your greeting. This initial call must be made from your line.
After assigning your password, you will be able to change your greeting, retrieve your messages or change your password from any touch tone phone by dialing either of the above access numbers.
To retrieve messages from a remote location, dial the appropriate access number local to your calling area. Enter the 10 digit mailbox number followed by the PIN.
You have new voice mail messages when you hear a “stuttered dial tone”. To retrieve your unplayed messages, dial 873-MAIL (6245). If you want to retrieve previously saved messages, dial the access number and follow the prompts.
This features allows you to be notified via email when you receive a new voice mail message. You can listen to your messages, save or delete them.
This feature can be activated or deactivated through Phone Central.

This feature allows you additional mailbox(s) for family members/co-workers etc.
Users can associate an additional phone number to their mailbox allowing them to check messages remotely without having to enter their 10 digit mailbox number and pin. (work number, cellular number, etc.)
Internet access for users to log into their mailbox.

Return phone calls by pressing one button after listening to a message.
You can only return phone calls local to your calling area.
Send and forward messages to other Millington Telephone Company voice mail subscribers. Set up distribution list to send messages to multiple mailboxes at once. Distribution lists can be created through Phone Central.

Forward ALL your messages to another Millington Telephone Co. subscriber voice mailbox. This must be set up by a customer service representative.
You can be notified via pager, cellular phone, etc that you have a new voice mail message.
You can be notified of new voice mail messages each day and schedule the time of day the notifications are sent.
You can play different greetings at different times of the day, specific dates or to specific callers.
Gives your callers the option of leaving a message or connecting to you at another number such as your cellular phone, work phone, etc.
